国营远东科技经济开发公司为第二汽车制造厂设计研制的连杆测量仪,已于1992年7月在二汽进行了安装、调试并通过验收。 该测量仪主要用于对汽车空压机连杆进行综合测量,并对所提供的检测数据进行数理统计、分析处理。 该测量仪特点:具有储存、逻楫判断功能,测量精度高,测量结果稳定可靠。 连杆测量仪主要技术性能: 1.测量范围:连杆大、小头内孔直径,两孔中心线平行度,两孔中心距,大孔两端面平行度,大孔端面对中心线的垂直度,大孔两端厚度。 2.分辨率:小孔小于0.5μm,其余为1μm。 3.重复精度:小孔为±0.5μm,其余为2μm。 4.测量精度:小孔为1μm,其余不大于各参数公差的1/10,且最大不超过5μm。

Measurement accuracy: 1μm pinhole, the rest is not greater than 1/10 of the tolerance of each parameter, and the maximum does not exceed 5μm.
