针对装备器材封存包装方式选择过程中对决策者和评价准则难以准确赋权的问题,提出了一种基于扩展多准则妥协解排序法(Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje,VIKOR)的群决策模型,应用直觉模糊理论将语言变量形式的评价信息进行转换并集结,得到封存包装方式决策群组的直觉模糊决策矩阵,通过信任度函数,并结合熵权法分别对决策者和评价准则进行客观赋权,采用扩展多准则VIKOR法得到备选封存包装方式的折中可行方案。最后,结合案例进行了装备器材封存包装方式的选择决策,并通过敏感性分析和对比分析,验证了所提出方法的有效性,为装备器材封存包装方式选择提供了参考。
Aiming at the problem that decision makers and evaluation criteria can not be accurately weighted during the process of equipment packaging selection, a group decision model based on Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) is proposed. The application intuition Fuzzy theory transformed and aggregated the evaluation information in the form of linguistic variables to obtain intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices of the decision-making group of the package-sealing methods. By using the trust function and the entropy weight method, the decision makers and evaluation criteria were objectively weighted, respectively. The extended multi-criteria VIKOR method gives a compromise solution for alternative packaging methods. Finally, a case-based selection decision was made on the equipment packaging and packaging methods. The sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, which provided a reference for the choice of equipment packaging and packaging methods.
