建立某型防冰腔的CFD分析模型,研究射流孔孔径d、射流孔与热气冲击面间距H以及射流孔排列形式对蒙皮的换热系数和防冰效率的影响规律。分析表明:d与H的比值是影响防冰腔性能的重要因素,d/H越大,换热效果越好,防冰系统的防冰效率也相应降低;采用交叉排列的笛形管模型换热系数与传热效率比同等条件下平行排列的模型效果好。研究结果为防冰腔的改进设计提供了指导。
The CFD analysis model of an ice-proof chamber was established to study the influence of the orifice diameter d, the distance H between the jet orifice and the hot gas impact surface and the arrangement pattern of the jet orifice on the skin heat exchange coefficient and ice protection efficiency. The analysis shows that the ratio of d to H is an important factor affecting the performance of ice-proof chamber. The larger the d / H is, the better the heat transfer is and the anti-ice efficiency of anti-ice system is correspondingly reduced. The thermal coefficient and heat transfer efficiency are better than the model with parallel arrangement under the same conditions. The results provide guidance for the improved design of anti-ice chambers.
