采用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法等方法,通过我国43所普通高校的非体育专业学生进行调查,旨在了解公共体育理论课教学的现状和不足。结果显示,目前我国普通高校理论教学主要存在教学时数不足;教材随意性较大;教学内容仍然失衡,缺乏科学性;教学形式和方法单调等问题。建议从教学内容入手,在了解当代大学生的特点和需求的基础上,大力进行教材改革。
By means of literature review, interviews and questionnaires, this paper conducts a survey through non-PE majors in 43 colleges and universities in China, aiming to understand the current situation and deficiencies in the teaching of public PE theory. The results show that at present, the theoretical teaching in ordinary colleges and universities in our country mainly lacks the teaching hours, the randomness of the teaching materials is large, the teaching content is still unbalanced, the lack of scientificity, the monotonous teaching forms and methods and so on. Proposed from the teaching content to start, understand the characteristics and needs of contemporary college students, based on the textbook reform.
