春食酸,夏食苦,秋食辛,冬食成。人的饮食必须随着四季的变化而进行有规律的调剂,才有利于健康长寿。需要说明的是,酸味食物不等于酸性食物,很多酸味食物像山楂、西虹柿、醋等却是典型的碱性食物。除此之外,一些蔬菜、水果、豆类、奶类以及硬果中的杏仁、粟子都是碱性食物。碱性食物能中和引起疲劳的酸性物质,在一定程度上缓解人体疲劳,在容易困倦的春季,不妨在饮食中多添点酸味吧。
