目的:研究地榆鞣质提取物对大鼠心、肝、脑、肾组织体外抗脂质过氧化作用。方法:采用分光光度法测定地榆鞣质提取物对由Fe~(2+)-半胱氨酸(Fe~(2+)-Cys)体系、Fe~(2+)-维生素C(Fe~(2+)-VitC)体系、Fe~(2+)-过氧化氢(Fe~(2+)-H_2O_2)体系诱导的大鼠心、肝、脑、肾组织体外脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果:地榆鞣质对Fe~(2+)-Cys、Fe~(2+)-VitC、Fe~(2+)-H_2O_2诱导的大鼠脑、心、肝匀浆、肾及线粒体脂质过氧化产生的MDA的抑制作用显著。结论:地榆鞣质对大鼠心、肝、脑及肾组织体外抗脂质过氧化具有较强保护作用,值得进一步研究与开发。
Objective: To study the anti-lipid peroxidation effect of Tannin extract from Ulmus pumila in rats heart, liver, brain and kidney. Methods: Spectrophotometry was used to determine the effect of tannin extract from Fe (2 +) - cysteine (Fe 2 +) - Cys and Fe 2 + Inhibition of Lipid Peroxidation in Rat Heart, Liver, Brain and Kidney Induced by Fe 2+ (2 +) - VitC System and Fe 2+ (H 2 O 2 +) - H 2 O 2 System . Results: The effects of tannin on the brain, heart and liver homogenates, renal and mitochondrial lipids induced by Fe ~ (2 +) - Cys, Fe ~ (2 +) - VitC and Fe ~ (2 + The inhibitory effect of MDA produced by peroxidation is remarkable. Conclusion: The tannin from Ulmus pumila is protective against lipid peroxidation in the heart, liver, brain and kidney of rats, which deserves further research and development.
