用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法,分别对食管癌高发区林县和低发区商丘各64份粮食(玉米32份、小麦32份)中交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)进行检测。结果:林县64份粮食中检出AME25份,阳性率为40.3%;商丘64份粮食中有15份阳性,阳性率为23.4%。两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不论是小麦还是玉米,AME含量林县均高于商丘,这与粮食中互隔交链孢霉污染情况相符。结果提示:AME可能是人食管癌的病因之一。
The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect Alternaria monomethyl ether (AME) in 64 grains (32 corns and 32 wheats) in Linxian and low incidence areas of Shangqiu in high-risk areas of esophageal cancer. . RESULTS: A total of 25 AME samples were detected in 64 samples of food in Linxian County, with a positive rate of 40.3%; of the 64 samples in Shangqiu, 15 samples were positive, with a positive rate of 23.4%. There was a significant difference between the two (P<0.05). Regardless of wheat or corn, the AME content in Linxian County was higher than that in Shangqiu County, which was consistent with the contamination of Alternaria alternata in food. The results suggest that AME may be one of the causes of human esophageal cancer.
