农村远程教育中教师的心理反应如何,是否积极、健康,直接关系到农村远程教育的良性发展。本文通过对农村远程教育中教师心理反应的问卷调查的数据资料分析,讨论了农村远程教育中教师心理反应调适的必要性与影响教师心理反应的有效变量,提出了对教师心理反应调适的策略和方法。
