随着第三产业的不断发展,酒店行业日益繁荣,而“90后”用工荒的到来,又为酒店人力资源开发提出了新的要求。文章从现阶段酒店人力资源开发的新方向,即高校实习生,分析了酒店对高校实习生管理的现状及问题,从酒店、学校、学生三方面影响因素有针对性的提出了管理对策,以期能够促进酒店基层人力资源管理工作的完善。
With the continuous development of the tertiary industry, the hotel industry is booming day by day, and the shortage of labor after the “90s” has put forward new requirements for the hotel human resources development.
