《全日制普通高等学校学生学籍管理办法》第四十七条中,规定了德育必须合格才能准予毕业。但德育怎样才称合格?如何进行考核?均无明文规定。因此在现实中,除学生违纪而处理退学者以外,决定学生的升、留降级、退学或毕业,均以智育成绩是否合格为标准。所以,重视智育而忽视德育,就不足为奇了。
Article 47 of the Measures for the Administration of Students’ Status in Full-time Colleges and Universities stipulates that moral education must be qualified before graduation can be granted. However, how to qualify moral education? How to assess? There is no express provision. Therefore, in reality, in addition to handling disciplinary sanctions for students, those who decide to lift, stay downgraded, withdraw from school or graduate, are all judged on the eligibility of their educational attainment. Therefore, it is not surprising that we should pay attention to intellectual education and ignore moral education.
