目的:探讨高频超声引导技术在麦默通(Mammotome)微创切除乳腺良性肿块中的引导及监护作用。方法:62例患者,78个乳房肿块,经超声检查诊断均为良性肿块,在高频超声引导并监护下行麦默通微创旋切治疗。结果:超声在麦默通微创旋切治疗过程中均能清晰显示病变,引导成功率100%。2例出现切除部位血肿、1例出现皮下青紫,局部血肿发生率共计3.23%(2/62)。术后3个月超声随访未发现病例在原手术部位有病灶残留,所有患者对术后乳房外形及治疗效果均表示满意。结论:高频超声引导技术在麦默通微创治疗乳腺良性肿块中有重要作用,是目前麦默通微创治疗乳腺良性肿块的首选引导方法。
Objective: To investigate the guidance and monitoring of high-frequency ultrasound guided Mammotome in the treatment of benign breast masses. Methods: Sixty-two patients, including 78 breast masses, were all diagnosed as benign masses by ultrasonography. They were guided and monitored by high-frequency ultrasound with minimally invasive rotolith resection. Results: Ultrasound in the Maomettong minimally invasive rotational incision process can clearly show lesions, guide the success rate of 100%. There were 2 cases of hematoma in the resection site, 1 case of subcutaneous bruising, and the incidence of local hematoma was 3.23% (2/62) in total. Three months after operation, no follow-up cases were found in the original surgical site, and all the patients were satisfied with the breast shape and the therapeutic effect. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound guided technology plays an important role in the treatment of benign breast mass with Minimont and is the first choice guide method for minimally invasive treatment of breast benign masses.
