济钢50t转炉采用BaO渣系,在出钢过程中,对钢水进行炉外“渣洗”脱硫工业性试验,结果表明:在含BaO渣系脱硫剂加入量8kg/t的条件下,平均脱硫率ηS≥35%,与不含BaO的CaO基脱硫剂相比,ηS相对提高40%左右。含BaO渣系的硫容量(C’S)、硫分配系数(LS)以及硫在渣中的传质系数(β(S))都比CaO-Al2O3-CaF2渣系的大;“混冲”能使钢渣界面积扩大1000倍以上,强化吹氩能增大钢渣界面积等,这些因素使脱硫率显著提高。该工艺简便、快速、经济和有效,可以投入大规模工业生产中。
