近十年来我国城镇居民中现代文明病的发病率逐年上升,到今天,以颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、膑骨软化、股骨头疾病、肩周炎、骨质疏松、肥胖症、脂肪肝、冠心病、高血压、高血脂、高血糖、糖尿病等病症为代表的现代文明病已家喻户晓、司空见惯。现代文明病对人们的身体健康构成严重威胁。从发病趋势上看,发病的绝对人数越来越多;发病的相对人数也越来越多;发病群体的平均年龄越来越低;个体同时患几种病的也越来越多。 那么,人们是如何患上现代文明病,得现代文明病的人又为什么越来越多,医药能够根治现代文明病吗?回答这些问题是复杂的。不过,有一点是肯定的,现代文明病的主体致病原因是缺乏运动,运动是防治现代文明病的治本良药。
