With the continuous improvement of social civilization, the issue of children’s education has drawn more and more attention from the society and parents. Many parents began to pay attention to the early enlightenment education to their children. Faced with a wide variety of the market, an array of books, choose what kind of books in order to achieve faster, better education purposes, many parents know what to do. The author believes that the “Encyclopedia of Chinese Infants and Children Encyclopedia” (published by Haiyan Publishing House), winner of Bing Xin Children’s Book Award and Eighth China Book Prize, is an effort to educate infants and young children and develop their intelligence.
