随着对航空发动机的引气、供油、点火、测试等功能要求的提高,穿过外涵机匣的传感器和管路数量大大增加,为降低外涵机匣拆装的难度,提高穿过外涵机匣的管路的可装配性,在原有管路的连接结构、密封结构、补偿结构、分解维护4个方面的结构设计基础上,设计了2种新型穿过外涵机匣的管路结构,新型管路具有结构简单、拆装便捷、安全可靠、互换性好等优点,可满足管路补偿和外涵机匣的密封要求。
