患者女性,23岁,右眼因连续戴软性接触镜56小时后疼痛、畏光、流泪,故来就诊。取下角膜接触镜检查:右眼睑微红肿胀,球结膜充血,角膜中央一园形灰白色混浊,深达实质层,荧光着色,前房清亮,瞳孔正常。左眼视力0.5,外眼无异常。给予螺旋霉素、维生素AD、维生素B_2口服.0.25％氯霉素眼药水、0.5％红霉素眼膏滴右眼。第2天自觉症状减轻,第3天右眼疼痛加剧,检查:右眼睑痉挛,球结膜混合充血,角膜中央浸润
Female patient, 23 years old, right eye due to continuous wear soft contact lens 56 hours after the pain, photophobia, tearing, it came to see a doctor.
