做好教师在职进修工作,提高教师的业务水平,是提高教学质量的有效措施。两年来,我们抓这项工作,已经初见成效。我组原有三十一位老师,其中有十位是青年教师。这些青年教师都是一九七○、一九七三年的高中和中师毕业生。他们热情高、肯学习;但过去基础知识学得少,业务底子比较薄,教学上有一定的困难。只有弥补了他们的不足,才能提高教学质量, It is an effective measure to improve the quality of teaching by doing well in the teacher’s in-service study and improving the teacher’s professional level. In the past two years, we have grasped this work and have achieved initial results. There are thirty-one teachers in my group. Ten of them are young teachers. These young teachers are high school and secondary school graduates in 1970 and 1973. They have high enthusiasm and willingness to learn; but in the past, basic knowledge was less studied, business foundation was thinner, and there were certain difficulties in teaching. Only by making up for their deficiencies can we improve teaching quality.
