本文利用网络分析技术对原条造材进行了优化设计,原条上的造材决策点作为网络的节点。每一个可能造出的原木作为网络分析中的弧,弧上的值代表每一个原木的价值,从原条大头至小头所累加出最大价值的路径就是该原条最优造材方案。结果表明,网络分析技术应用在原条造材优化设计上是行之有效的,而且比线性规划和动态规划方法更便于应用;利用此方法编制的计算程序,只要输入原木的价格、材长种类、原条的外形尺寸、等级区域,即可优化出原条的造材方案。
In this paper, the network analysis technology is used to optimize the design of the original strip, the original strip of the material decision-making point as the network node.
