由于节后企业对女工的需求量大,南京民工市场出现女工“供不应求”的局面。为了应对“女工荒”,一些单位甚至推出“招女工可搭男工”的优惠措施,吸引为数不多的女工。记者了解到,近日南京民工市场进场民工每天约有5000人左右,而女工比例大约只占2成。不少用工单位都对女工青睐有加,甚至只要是有女工进入市场,便立刻有职介的工作人员主动迎上
