IL-6与垂体腺瘤微血管密度及侵袭性的相关性研究

目的探讨白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)与人垂体腺瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)及其侵袭性之间的关系。方法收集经病理证实的62例垂体腺瘤标本,其中侵袭组30例,非侵袭组32例。应用免疫组织化学方法检测IL-6和CD34在肿瘤中的表达情况,然后进行统计学分析。结果侵袭组中IL-6表达阳性率为73.33%,明显高于非侵袭组的50.00%(P<0.05),且IL-6阳性表达与MVD呈正相关(r=0.57,P<0.001)。结论垂体腺瘤IL-6的表达与MVD和侵袭性相关,提示IL-6可能参与影响垂体腺瘤发生发展的血管生成过程。 Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-6 (IL-6) and microvessel density (MVD) and its invasiveness in human pituitary adenomas. Methods Totally 62 cases of pituitary adenomas confirmed by pathology were collected, including 30 cases of invasive group and 32 cases of non-invasive group. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL-6 and CD34 in the tumor, and then statistical analysis was performed. Results The positive rate of IL-6 in invasive group was 73.33%, which was significantly higher than that in non-invasive group (P <0.05). The positive expression of IL-6 was positively correlated with MVD (r = 0.57, P <0.001). Conclusion The expression of IL-6 in pituitary adenoma is correlated with MVD and invasiveness, suggesting that IL-6 may be involved in the angiogenesis process that affects the development of pituitary adenoma.
