目的探讨多重PCR在食品安全风险监测中致泻大肠埃希氏菌毒力基因检测的应用价值。方法从食品安全风险监测中分离大肠埃希氏菌,采用多重PCR法检测其毒力基因,并进行血清分型。结果多重PCR对80株大肠埃希氏菌有效分型,其中,EAEC型20株,EPEC型21株,ETEC型7株,EHEC型0株,EIEC型1株,31株分不了型,血清型主要以086K61、0157+∶H7-、044K74等为主。结论食品安全风险监测中采用多重PCR检测致泻大肠埃希氏菌毒力基因能够辅助辨别其致病型,具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of multiplex PCR in the detection of virulence genes of Escherichia coli causing diarrhea in food safety risk monitoring. Methods Escherichia coli was isolated from food safety risk monitoring. The virulence genes were detected by multiplex PCR and serotyped. Results There were 20 EAEC strains, 21 EPEC strains, 7 ETECs, 0 EHECs, 1 EIECs, 31 isolates, and serotypes Mainly 086K61,0157 +: H7-, 044K74-based. Conclusions Multiplex PCR detection of the virulence genes of Escherichia coli in food safety risk monitoring can help identify the pathogenicity and has good application value.
