南水北调中线工程起始于丹江口水库,终点为北京团城湖,渠线总长为1421km,渠道混凝土衬砌施工以衬砌机为主。全线分布大大小小2000余座跨渠建筑物,将整个沿线渠道划分为或长或短的段落。大多数跨渠建筑物开工较迟,其施工影响区域形成较短的占压段,有些跨渠建筑物的底部高程紧贴渠坡—级马道高程,渠道衬砌机无法通过。在跨渠建筑物密集的渠段,衬砌工作面较短,翻坡转场频率较高,大型渠道衬砌机降效极为明显。
The mid-route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project started at Danjiangkou Reservoir with an end point of Tuancheng Lake in Beijing. The total length of canal line is 1421km. The lining concrete lining of the canal is dominated by lining machine. All over the distribution of more than 2,000 large and small cross-ditch buildings, the entire channel along the channel is divided into long or short paragraphs. Most of the cross-ditch buildings commenced operation later, and the area under construction affected by the construction resulted in a shorter occupation pressure zone. The elevation at the bottom of some cross-culvert structures was close to the elevation of the Dao-Ma Road and the channel lining machine failed to pass. In the cross-ditch buildings with dense channel, the lining face is shorter and the transition frequency of the slope inversion is higher, and the efficiency of the large-scale channel lining machine is extremely obvious.
