韩树德同志在应用本刊介绍的有关粉锈宁拌棉种的技术时,发现了有药害反应,为了慎重,他又进行盆栽试验。这种科学探索和严肃的精神值得提倡。我们收到韩树德同志的来文即转告金潜同志(《粉锈宁拌棉种能较好防治棉苗烂根病》一文的作者),他接信后也以高度负责的态度详细地给本刊寄来回信,说明他们的试验没有晚出苗和其它药害症状，并举出了国内和新疆境内的某些试验均未见发生药害的报道；他特别强调用粉锈宁拌种必须按文稿中所要求的那样，直接干拌不要加水拌吧防药害。
