本文应用1~H和13~C—NMR方法对东北几种主要耕作土壤以及棕壤不同结合形态HA进行了结构表征。结果表明:土壤HA有明显的芳香结构,但一般不超过50%;而脂族结构却占相对优势,脂/芳比值平均为1.44。从HA的芳香度和缩合度比较,黑土HA最为成熟。不同结合态HA的结构有明显区别。松结合态HA分子量小,缩合度和芳香度低,稳结合态HA则相反。前者表现高的脂族性和“年轻”性,后者则表现出较高的芳香性和“成熟”性。
In this paper, 1 H and 13 C-NMR methods were used to characterize the HA of several main cultivated soils and brown earth in Northeast China. The results showed that the soil HA had obvious aromatic structure, but generally no more than 50%. The aliphatic structure was relatively dominant, with an average lipid / aromatic ratio of 1.44. From the degree of aromaticity and condensation degree of HA, black soil HA is the most mature. The structure of different bound HA has obvious difference. The molecular weight of pine-bonded HA is small, the degree of condensation and aromaticity is low, and the steady-state HA is the opposite. The former show high aliphatic and “young” sex while the latter show higher aromaticity and “maturity”.
