肺癌是呼吸系统常见的恶性肿瘤，也是对人群健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一。由于大部分患者在明确诊断时已经失去手术机会，故治疗主要以化疗和姑息性放疗为主。因此，如何准确评估其疗效具有重要的临床意义。本文主要对目前临床上肺癌化疗后疗效评估的影像学方法作一综述。
