旋挖钻机以其高效、环保、便捷的施工工艺正在逐步取代人工挖孔、冲击钻及回旋钻施工等传统的施工方式。但在其诸多施工强项之中,也难免有一些劣势,如何能够有效防止施工中的桩孔偏斜已成为旋挖钻机施工过程中的一项重点工作。2009年11月开工的杭州钱江通道南接线工程段属“上三角都市圈高速公路网规划方案”中“七纵”之一江苏盐城至绍兴高速公路。在工程开工的1~#、6~#及8~#初始标段,全部采用旋挖钻机进行桩基孔施工。
Rotary drilling rig with its efficient, environmentally friendly and convenient construction technology is gradually replacing the manual digging holes, impact drill and rotary drilling and other traditional construction methods. How to effectively prevent pile hole deflection during construction has become a key task in the construction of rotary drilling rigs. Construction of the Hangzhou Qianjiang Channel South Wiring Project commenced in November 2009 is one of the “7th Vertical Transmission Network Planning Scheme of the Upper Triangle Metropolitan Area Expressway Network” and one of the expressways in Yancheng to Shaoxing, Jiangsu Province. In the project started 1 ~ #, 6 ~ # and 8 ~ # initial tenders, all using rotary drilling rig pile hole construction.
