提出了一种定量计算抽水蓄能电站事故备用效益的故障模式分析法,通过分析故障后各类电源的事故反应过程,采用经济评价中的等效替代法和有无对比分析法,建立抽水蓄能电站的事故备用效益评估模型。该模型考虑了故障时刻系统以及在运机组的相互影响,以系统运行的整体经济性和可靠性为目标,同时兼顾了能源消耗、污染物排放等方面。应用该方法对某省抽水蓄能电站事故备用效益进行了实例计算,结果表明所述模型和方法的有效性与实用性。
This paper presents a fault pattern analysis method to quantitatively calculate the backup benefit of accident of pumped storage power station. By analyzing the accident reaction process of all kinds of power sources after the fault, adopting the equivalent replacement method in economic evaluation and the comparison analysis method, Accident Standby Benefit Evaluation Model for Power Station. The model considers the failure moment system and the interaction between the operation units and aims at the overall economy and reliability of the system operation. At the same time, it takes into account the aspects of energy consumption and pollutant emission. The method is applied to calculate the backup benefit of a provincial pumped storage plant accident. The results show the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model and method.
