近年来,杭州房价上涨过快,上涨幅度仅次于北京、上海,居全国第三位。这引起了有关方面的高度重视。日前,浙江省省长吕祖善在一次“稳定住房价格”的会议上指出:我省房地产市场还存在一些突出的问题,一是近年来住房价格阶段性涨幅过大,今年一季度杭州和宁波的房价涨幅分别达到13.8%和11.6%,分别比全国平均涨幅高4个百分点和1.8个百分点;二是住房供求总量矛盾和结构性矛盾并存;三是部分地区投资性购房和投机性购房过热。
In recent years, Hangzhou house prices rose too fast, second only to Beijing, Shanghai, ranking third in the country. This has drawn the attention of the parties concerned. In the first quarter of this year, Hangzhou and Ningbo Of the house price rose 13.8% and 11.6%, respectively, higher than the national average of 4 percentage points and 1.8 percentage points; the second is the total housing supply and demand contradictions and structural contradictions coexist; third is the investment in some areas and speculative purchase overheating .
