我们对５０眼白内障囊外摘除后房型人工晶体置入患者用选择性拆线矫正角膜散光。拆线后视力平均提高３行以上，角膜散光减轻３．５０Ｄ，并具统计学意义。表明选择性拆线可有效地矫正白内障术后的角膜散光。文章还对拆线的适应症等实际问题进行了探讨。 We have 50 patients with extracapsular cataract extracapsular posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation of patients with selective removal of corneal astigmatism correction. The visual acuity increased more than 3 lines after stitches, corneal astigmatism reduced 3.50D, and with statistical significance.
