目的 :验证血脉康胶囊的药效学。方法 :通过血液流变、抗血栓和微循环等试验 ,观察给药前后血栓形成、微循环变化 ,血液流度学变化。结果 :中药组血栓湿重、红细胞压积、血浆粘度、全血粘度比与对照组比较有明显差异 ,给药前后细动脉、静脉、毛细血管交叉网点计数有显著性差异。结论 :血脉康胶囊可明显改善实验动物微循环 ,并可改善血液流变学其他指标 ,且优于丹参。
Objective: To verify the pharmacodynamics of Xuemaikang Capsule. Methods : Blood rheology, antithrombotic and microcirculation tests were performed to observe the thrombosis and microcirculation changes before and after administration and blood flow changes. Results: There were significant differences in thrombus wet weight, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, and whole blood viscosity ratio between the Chinese medicine group and the control group. There were significant differences in the counts of crossover network of fine arteries, veins, and capillaries before and after administration. Conclusion: Xuemaikang capsule can obviously improve the microcirculation of experimental animals, and can improve other indexes of hemorheology, and is better than Salvia miltiorrhiza.
