作为普通班的班主任,总会遇到喜欢在课堂上叽叽喳喳说话或者爱接话茬的孩子,还有那些手不停脚不住、小动作不断的学生。新接手一班,开学前两周星期二的班会课我都是全程管理,这个昔日吵闹得让隔壁班都十分烦恼的“麻烦制造者”没有让我发现特别之处,而那几个据说最喜欢小说小动的学生也表现得规规矩矩,这让我充满成就感的同时又十分怀疑。为了获得真实情况,在第三周的班会课时,我决定迟十分钟到班,看看班级究竟会出现什么情况。没想到隔着几个班都能听见我班里吵吵闹闹,这可与前两周的情形有天壤之别。我怒火万丈,很想痛斥他们一顿,但又想到我刚刚接手这个班,如果现在采取暴风骤雨式的痛批管理方式,学生的积极性和自信心会被摧残,逆反心理会陡然上升,师生关系会变得非常紧张,整个班级氛围就会立马进入可怕的寒冬。
