对爆炸驱动下锆环获得的初速与有效纵火半径的关联性试验数据进行了综合分析研究。结果表明,锆粒的速度与有效纵火半径近似成正比关系;锆环沿装药对称轴存在径向速度梯度,在靠近锆环安装端的装药自由面方向上,速度呈单边下降趋势;在有效纵火半径范围内,火种的分布密度取决于锆环在装药战斗部中的相对位置。提出有效装药量的概念,将Charran的装药修正系数定义为药量修正系数。本研究可为同类型产品的纵火燃烧威力研究提供一定的技术参考。
A comprehensive analysis of the experimental data on the correlation between the initial velocities obtained by the explosion-driven zirconium rings and the effective airspeed radius was carried out. The results show that the velocity of zirconium particles is approximately proportional to the effective range of arson radius. The radial velocity gradient of the zirconium ring along the axis of symmetry of charge exists in the radial direction. The velocity decreases unilaterally in the direction of free surface near the mounting end of zirconium ring. Within the effective airspeed radius, the density of the fire depends on the relative position of the zirconium ring in the charge warhead. The concept of effective charge is put forward. Charran’s charge correction factor is defined as the dose correction factor. This study can provide some technical reference for the research on the arson burning power of the same type of products.
