本实验选用体重180克的妊娠大鼠(wis-tar 系),共分四组,分别接触浓度为0、50、50、100和200mg/m~3的二硫化碳,每天8小时。妊娠期满,每组剖检18只,剩余扭只自然分娩。记录黄体、着床和吸收数及胎儿资料。
