利用系统溶剂分离法和阳离子树脂吸附交换,对板蓝根的化学成分进行了分离,再利用鸡胚羊膜腔半体内法进行抗流感病毒活性实验,最后证明活性部位为亲水性的、被阳离子吸附部分。
Systemic solvent separation and adsorption and exchange of cation resin were used to separate the chemical components of Isatis indigotica. Then the anti-influenza virus activity assay was performed using chicken embryo amniotic cavity half-body method. Finally, the active site was proved to be hydrophilic and was adsorbed by cations. .
