当前,下岗职工中大多数人正在寻找或已找到了工作,但他们与原单位的劳动关系却不愿意变。这主要有三方面心态:一、想依托原单位(企业)为其继续交纳社会保险费;二、幻想原单位(企业)经济效益好转,自己劳动关系没有变,还能回去上班;三、可以享受原单位(企业)的一些福利待遇,甚至企业在拍卖、转让、转租等以后的一些待遇。那么单位(企业)又是何种心态对待这些问题的呢?一、目前多数企业正处在转轨、转制过程中,本身面临大量的工作,又有众多的下岗职工需要分流,管理不过来,人力、物力达不到;二、有部份企业存在有拖欠职工工资、集资款、未缴的社会保险费
