自90年代以来,伴随着土地有偿使用制度的实施、城镇住房制度的改革以及福利分房取消等,我国房地产市场迅速发展。在房地产交易过程中存在着大量的产权风险,而产权保险制度能够为房地产交易提供安全保障。本文分析了建立我国产权保险制度的必要性,对我国产权保险制度的要素进行了初步设想,并明确指出其将面临的主要问题。
Since the 1990s, with the implementation of the system of paid use of land, the reform of urban housing system and the cancellation of welfare housing distribution, the real estate market in our country has developed rapidly. In the process of real estate transaction there is a lot of property risk, while the property insurance system can provide security for real estate transactions. This article analyzes the necessity of establishing the system of property rights insurance in our country, tentatively envisages the elements of the system of property rights insurance in our country, and clearly points out the main problems it will face.
