目的研究几种不同提取途径的茶叶多糖(TPS)对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠免疫指标的影响。方法采用AA大鼠脾淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞体外培养技术研究几种TPS对其功能的影响。结果几种茶叶多糖提高AA大鼠过低的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和IL-2趋势,其中P2途径提取的TPS对脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和IL-2具有明显的促进作用(P<0.05);对AA大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生过高的IL-1,几种不同途径提取的TPS均有降低趋势,以P2茶叶多糖的作用最显著(P<0.05)。结论已TPS对AA大鼠免疫指标具有明显的调节作用。
Objective To study the effect of tea polysaccharides (TPS) extracted from several different extraction pathways on the immune parameters of adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats. Methods The effects of several TPS on the function of AA rat spleen lymphocytes and peritoneal macrophages cultured in vitro were studied. Results Several polysaccharides of tea increased spleen lymphocyte proliferative response and IL-2 tendency in AA rats, and TPS extracted from P2 pathway promoted proliferation of spleen lymphocytes and IL-2 significantly (P<0.05). The IL-1 production in peritoneal macrophages of AA rats was high, and the TPS extracted from several different pathways showed a decreasing trend. The effect of P2 tea polysaccharide was the most significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TPS has obvious regulating effect on immune indexes of AA rats.
