随着信息技术的迅猛发展,根据通信行业人才需求不断发生变化的特点提出一套特有的培养方案制订路线和论证程序。通过对企业、毕业生和在校生的调研,结合本专业特点,确定培养目标,在此目标指导下具体制订出三套课程体系,即理论课程体系、实践教学体系和综合素质培养体系。在培养方案实施过程中,注重与企业交流互动,进一步改进、完善培养方案内容和专业建设。
With the rapid development of information technology, a set of unique training program formulation routes and demonstration procedures are put forward according to the characteristics of constantly changing needs of professionals in the telecommunications industry. Through the investigation of enterprises, graduates and students, combined with the characteristics of the profession, to determine the training objectives, under the guidance of this goal to specifically formulate three sets of curriculum system, namely the theoretical curriculum system, practice teaching system and comprehensive quality training system. In the training program implementation process, pay attention to interaction with enterprises to further improve and perfect the training program content and professional construction.
