为了取得在高层建筑中采用钢结构的经验,经上海市有关部门批准,上海市旅游局决定,在上海建造一座自己设计、自己施工、用国产材料的14层钢结构旅游宾馆——金沙江酒店,作为试点工程。通过这一工程,摸索经验,为今后建造高层钢结构建筑创造条件。一、工程概况金沙江酒店是以接待海外旅游团体为主的中等偏高的旅游宾馆,位于上海市西郊,占地面积为18.33亩。本宾馆主楼大部分为12层建筑,电梯厅处为14层建筑(不包括2层技术夹层),周围为2层裙房。主楼分南北两部分,以电梯厅连接。主楼的3～12层为客房,2层与3层之间为技术夹层。1～2层裙房部分为进厅、中西餐厅等服务性部分。主楼面
In order to gain experience in the use of steel structures in high-rise buildings, the Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration decided to build a 14-story steel structure tourist hotel in Shanghai with its own design, self-construction, and domestic materials—the Jinsha River Hotel, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipality. Project Overview Jinsha River Hotel is a medium-high tourism hotel mainly composed of overseas tourist groups. It is located in the western suburbs of Shanghai and covers an area of 18.33 mu. Most of the hotel’s main building is a 12-storey building. The elevator hall is 14-storey building (not including 2 technical mezzanines) and is surrounded by 2 storey podiums. The main building is divided into two parts, north and south, connected by the elevator hall.
