一、引言2012年教育部颁布出台的《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》中指出,“激励与评价”能力作为教师“专业能力”的重要组成部分,教师应能够“有效运用观察、谈话、家园联系、作品分析等多种方法,客观地、全面地了解和评价幼儿。”学期评语作为幼儿评价的一种方式,它是在学期末对幼儿的行为、习惯和学习情况等多方面做出的终结性评价,具有激励与导向、诊断与自省、沟通与联结、和谐与相容的作用。[1]从幼儿评价现状来看,几乎每所幼儿园都会要求教师撰写学期评语,而学期评语的撰写也成为教师
