目的观察高原地区上呼吸道感染患者心肌酶谱的变化,探讨与病程的关系。方法将100例上呼吸道感染患者分为反复上感组和普通上感组。分别在患病后第1天、第2天、第3天,检测心肌酶谱。同时统计健康体检者50例作为对照组,观察并进行分析。结果反复上感组与普通上感组患者的心肌酶谱各项指标在病程第1,2周高于健康对照组,差异具有统计学一样(P<0.05),其中反复上感组的CK-MB显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。反复上感组血清心肌酶谱在病程第1、2周高于普通上感组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组在患病第3周变化不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高原地区上呼吸道感染的患者血清心肌酶谱的变化与病程有明确关系。反复上感组和普通上感组在病程1~2周心肌酶谱各项指标明显升高,反复上感组高于普通上感组。高原地区反复上感组心肌酶谱变化不同于平原地区生理病理改变特点,研究高原地区上感后心肌酶谱变化,避免漏诊,及时干预和治疗,为进一步探讨防治高原相关疾病提供依据。
Objective To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes in patients with upper respiratory tract infection in the plateau and to explore the relationship with the course of disease. Methods 100 cases of upper respiratory tract infection were divided into repeated Shanggan group and normal Shanggan group. The myocardial enzymes were detected on the first day, the second day and the third day after the illness. At the same time statistics of 50 healthy subjects as a control group, observed and analyzed. Results The scores of myocardial enzymes in the patients with repeated upper and upper sensation groups were higher than those in the healthy control group at the first and second week of disease duration (P <0.05), among which the CK- MB was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Serum myocardial enzymes of the repeated upper group were higher than those of the normal upper group in the first and second week of the course of disease, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the three groups in the third week of disease (P> 0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum myocardial enzymes in patients with upper respiratory tract infection in the plateau have a clear relationship with the course of the disease. Repeatedly on the group and the general sense of the group in the course of 1 to 2 weeks of myocardial enzymes were significantly increased in all indicators, repeated on the flu group was higher than the ordinary upper flu group. The variation of myocardial enzymes in plateau area was different from that of plains area in the plateau area. The change of myocardial enzymes in the plateau area was studied to avoid the missed diagnosis, prompt intervention and treatment, which provided the basis for further exploring the prevention and treatment of plateau related diseases.
