《工程机械》1982年第5期上刊登了常世琨同志的“JB-10型红外加热黑色混合料拌合机”一文(以下简称常文),说JB-10型拌合机“它可节油60%以上”,并说“通常烧油的拌合机热效率只有百分之十几,大部分热量被热对流时排烟所带走。该拌合机是采用电能产生红外辐射对石料进行强辐射、弱对流加热法,热效率很高。”以上提法值得商榷,以便共同探索出正确节能途径。热效率通常是指有效热能占投入总热能的比例。拌合机加热的目的是为了得到温度及含水量都合乎施工规范要求的热混合料。因此,在拌合机滚筒里的有效热能是砂石料升温和蒸发砂石料中水分所需的热能,只要知道这两项
