目的观察光触媒空气消毒器在不同湿度条件下对口腔诊室空气的动态消毒效果。方法常温条件下按室内湿度大小分为两组:A组,湿度小于60%;B组,湿度大于60%。采用普通琼脂平板暴露法,分别于无医疗活动(静态环境)和正常工作日(动态坏境)条件下运行光触媒空气消毒器,并在不同时间段进行空气细菌采样,对比分析两组空气菌落总数。结果静态环境下,应用光触媒消毒器30 min时,A组灭菌率80.65%,显著高于B组的60.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);60 min时两组灭菌率分别为89.27%、88.95%,差异无统计学意义。动态环境下,光触媒空气消毒30 min时,两组空气菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义;消毒60、120和180 min时,A组菌落数均显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义。结论不同湿度条件会影响光触媒空气消毒器的消毒效果。室内湿度低于60%时,静态环境下消毒效果迅速,动态环境下能维持长时间的消毒效果。
Objective To observe the dynamic disinfection effect of photocatalyst air sterilizer on the air of oral cavity under different humidity conditions. Methods Under normal temperature conditions, the indoor humidity was divided into two groups: group A, humidity less than 60%; group B, humidity greater than 60%. Using ordinary agar plate exposure method, photocatalyst air sterilizer was operated under non-medical activities (static environment) and normal working day (dynamic environment), and air bacteria samples were collected at different time intervals. The total number of air colonies . Results In the static environment, the sterilization rate of group A was 80.65% at 30 min, which was significantly higher than that of group B (60.57%) (P <0.01). At 60 min, the sterilization rates of the two groups were respectively 89.27%, 88.95%, the difference was not statistically significant. In the dynamic environment, when the photocatalyst was sterilized by air for 30 min, there was no significant difference in the number of air colonies between the two groups. At 60, 120 and 180 min disinfection, the number of colonies in group A was significantly lower than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Different humidity conditions will affect the photocatalyst air disinfection disinfection effect. When the indoor humidity is less than 60%, the disinfection effect in the static environment is rapid and the disinfection effect in the dynamic environment can be maintained for a long time.
