文章针对某新型飞行器结构系统创新设计的迫切需求和产品研制中存在的问题,对现代设计方法中的质量功能展开(QFD)[1,2]和问题解决理论(TRIZ)进行了集成研究,以质量屋的形式,建立了从客户需求到结构方案的关系矩阵。通过FMECA分析,得出故障模式权重系数并添加到QFD模型中,进一步修正计算结果。运用价值工程的方法,对比分析不同方案的成本。通过上述分析,最终确定了新型飞行器结构设计方案。
