针对高寒复杂条件下隧道运营的安全问题,提出基于安全的抗滑沥青表层与隧道彩色封装薄层技术,提升铺面抗滑耐久性并提供明色及彩色诱导功能。以新疆公格尔隧道为试验段,进行高寒复杂条件下隧道铺面优化设计并现场测试实施效果。研究结果表明:彩色封装薄层对于增强驾驶员注意力、改善道路景观、实现洞口亮度自然过渡均有显著效果。另外,封装薄层的细观构造与抗滑沥青面层宏观构造相结合,可显著提升铺面的抗滑耐久性能。
Aiming at the safety of tunnel operation under complex and alpine conditions, a safety-based anti-slippery asphalt pavement and tunnel color encapsulation thin layer technology is proposed to improve the anti-slip durability of pavement and to provide light color and color induction function. In the section of Gong’er tunnel in Xinjiang, the optimal design of tunnel pavement under complex alpine conditions is carried out and the effect is tested on site. The results show that the color encapsulation has significant effects on enhancing the driver’s attention, improving the road landscape and realizing the natural transition of the brightness. In addition, the fine structure of the encapsulation layer combined with the macro-structure of the anti-skid asphalt surface can significantly improve the anti-skid durability of the pavement.
