The training and use of internal trainers has become a common training strategy for enterprises, but the internal trainer’s value orientation and career development within the enterprise has not been clear. This article explores its necessity and feasibility as a benchmark for the career development of internal trainers by describing the role content and workflow of internal performance consultants.
