通过对45钢样块进行激光相变硬化实验,初步探讨了激光功率和扫描速度变化对表面硬度的影响规律,并通过对移动激光束作用下工件的加热、冷却速度等温度响应特征参数的分析,对实验研究结果做出了相应的理论解释。
Through the experiment of laser transformation hardening on 45 steel samples, the influence law of laser power and scanning speed on the surface hardness was discussed preliminarily.
