幼儿赏识教育应尊重儿童,关注儿童的本性和生命需要。当下的幼儿赏识教育存在工具理性至上、生命在场失衡和教师儿童分离的伦理自觉困境。本研究基于回归本真视角,认为幼儿赏识教育的伦理自觉应是一种体现着人文取向、生命取向以及和谐取向的教育自觉过程。研究者据此提出,幼儿赏识教育的伦理自觉应该:(1)走向人文自觉:关注和激发赏识教育的人文关怀。(2)走向生命自觉:赏识教育要以尊重、保护和鼓励儿童为基点。(3)走向和谐自觉:主体在对话性的赏识教育中开展生命交往。
Children’s appreciation education should respect children and pay attention to children’s nature and life needs. At present, children’s appreciation education has the ethical conscience of tool rationality, imbalance of life presence and separation of teachers and children. Based on the return to reality, this study argues that the ethical awareness of children’s appreciation education should be a conscious process of education that embodies the orientation of humanities, the orientation of life and the orientation of harmony. Therefore, the researchers propose that the ethical awareness of children’s appreciation education should: (1) move toward humanistic consciousness: pay attention to and stimulate the humane care of appreciation education. (2) Towards life consciousness: Appreciation education should be based on respect, protection and encouragement of children. (3) Toward Harmonious Consciousness: The subject conducts life exchanges in appreciative appreciation education.
