目前，虽然世界能源组织已经认可核能的安全性．但十年前的“切尔诺贝利”事故给世人留下的阴影恐怕不仅仅是放射性污染问题．它更多的是带来一场关于核安全问题的争论。消除公众不必要的担心，为推动我国核能的发展而尽一份力量．是广大国防科技工作者义不容辞的责任．也是本刊服务于国防科技工业发展的一项宗旨。为此．我们特别约请中国常驻国际原子能机构代表团科技参赞熊本和撰写此文．敬献读者。
At present, although the World Energy Organization has recognized the safety of nuclear energy.
