阴道杀精剂是目前应用很广的一类避孕药,自60年代以来,国内外逐渐用壬苯醇醚类代替醋酸苯汞等制成乳霜剂、膜剂、泡沫栓或片剂以及气雾剂等剂型,临床应用不仅高效、安全,而且使用也较方便。壬苯醇醚系环氧乙烷和与壬基苯酚作用而成的非离子型表面活性剂,简称Nonoxynol-9(N-9)。本文按照国外Sander-Cramer方法~2对本校药厂生产与美国Ortho Co.生产的壬苯醇醚的杀精药效进物行了生物测定,并对两者的局部刺激性也进行了比较。在上述基础上,还根据精子活动与耗氧量成正比的关系,利用Warbung氏呼吸测压仪进一步作了药物杀精作用与耗氧量关系的研究。

The local irritation of the two products was also compared. Based on the above, the relationship between spermicidal activity and oxygen consumption was further studied based on the relationship between sperm motility and oxygen consumption.
